SPE provided engineering services for the partial renovation of an existing building for Persons Service’s corporate office in Mobile, AL. The renovation included converting a high-bay warehouse space into a 2-story office space and attic storage area, totaling approximately 10,000 square feet. The design included HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
